The Challenge

Purrs ’n Pets was entering an established local market with a specialized offering: cat-only care. The challenge was to build a distinctive, trustworthy brand while communicating the value of a service many pet owners may not have considered before.

The work spanned the entire customer experience—from brand identity and voice to marketing collateral, a responsive website, and third-party booking. Every touchpoint needed to feel cohesive and credible while helping a new business stand out from established local competition.

Approach

While much of the work happened simultaneously, the process centered around four key areas.

01

Research

Understand the competitive landscape, including services, pricing, positioning, and communication styles.

02

Define the Brand

Create a visual identity and voice that felt playful and approachable while still conveying trust and credibility.

03

Content Strategy

Define and organize services, pricing, policies, and key messaging across the website and marketing materials.

04

Build & Launch

Design the responsive website, integrate third-party booking, and create supporting sales and marketing materials.

The website quickly communicates what makes Purrs ’n Pets different, answers common questions, and guides new clients toward booking their first visit.
